Over the past 10 years we have developed national level athletes across multiple sports, fostered champions in Olympic weightlifting, and helped a broad range of clients. We pride ourselves in serving a diverse population by developing strategic programming that balances health and performance. Many of our clients have been with us since the beginning and we low turnover for both clients and staff. Our gym is world class and a fun place to work - with the highest quality equipment, best coffee and is a welcoming space to work.

What is a Strength Coach?
As a strength coach, you play a pivotal role in working with athletes from all walks of life. This position is ideal for individuals eager to expand their competency in coaching weightlifting and are committed to the mission of creating stronger humans. We offer a flexible working schedule, morning and evening hours, and anywhere from 10-40 hours per week of work. In this role you will be assisting our coaches during group training sessions. The gym is located in Redmond, Wa.
Core responsibilities
Program Implementation: Implementing our programs and training philosophy.
Coaching: Conduct group training sessions with up to 15 people, providing assistance and guidance to our members.
Instruction: Educate members on proper movement, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Gym Operations: Help maintain our world-class facility and learn our unique approach to customer service.
Community Building: Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment, cultivating strong relationships with clients and fellow staff.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast with the latest trends and developments in the strength training sphere, and continually work towards self-improvement and knowledge enhancement.
Required Qualifications
Passion for Strength Training: While no specific educational or certification is required, candidates must have either a documented experience or background in a strength training modality OR have experience in personal training, sports performance, or coaching athletes.
Ability to coach basic barbell movement: You should be comfortable teaching the Squat, Press, Deadlift, Bench press. While experience in coaching Olympic Weightlifting is awesome, it is not required.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to articulate instructions clearly and foster a positive gym environment.
Team Player: The ability to work well with other coaches and contribute positively to the team dynamics.
Experience: Previous experience in coaching or training roles will be considered favorably but is not mandatory.
